Choose a season to learn what food, medicine, and utilitarian plants are in your neighborhood and how to use them!

Couched within the weekend and five day seasonal courses, these day workshops will give you plenty of hands on learning and send you home with a head full of knowledge and experience working with common plants of your area.

Learn the techniques, the sequencing of events, the strategies, and the procedures to get the most out of foraging specific to the time of year you choose to participate.
