Summer is a time for gathering and preparing many of our important medicinal plants. Come learn how we’ve grown to be ready for each seasonal bounty, how we select, prepare, store, and use some of the most important plant foods and medicines available at this time of year. We will be locating, identifying, responsibly harvesting, and preparing many plants for food, medicine, and fibers. We will make many of the following: tinctures, salves, cordage, meals and/or sides during this experience.
