Learn important useful plants for food and medicine common to our bioregion for this time of year.  We will experience Identification, responsible gathering and propagation, skills as well as how to gather, prepare, store, and use each species we cover. We’ll be drying, making a salve and/or tincture, as well as enjoying teas, decoctions and nutrient rich dishes. Bring pruning shears if you have them and a good journal, camera, and anything else you might need to record the volumes of information and plant lore in this amazing experience.
