Power of Story pt. 6: Stewardship
February 13, 2024 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
That you can function daily is evidence of a story line unbroken since the stone age. This story has a rhythm that is seasonal and regular cycles through each day. Learning the eternal rhythm of these perspectives is humbling. Knowing that we share the experience of youth, loss, old age, and transition through countless generations is also empowering.
As a keeper of this eternal story we learn to surrender to it’s rhythms and choose the story and time to tell it in the moments where it could provide the most use. In this space, the stories we share come from ancestral origins and move toward unborn keepers of an unbroken chain of those who loved enough to pass on the knowledge, experience, and wisdom contained in each tale.
We will use the tools of the previous workshops to venture beyond the edge of our sphere of influence as a facilitator and steward of timeless story and the next generation of story tellers coming up.
