October 28 @ 9:00 am - October 29 @ 5:00 pm
Massive yields, sustainable harvest, and the organization to collect the nutrients we needed to get through winter. This is the trademark skill of Fall Foraging. There is so much food to gather and in so little time.
Learn the techniques, the sequencing of events, the strategies, and the procedures to get the most out of foraging before the winter months descend. The school has been working on a year round sustainable wild harvest for the last twenty years and is eager to share this years harvest.
