If you have an interest in self-sufficiency, human health, and a deeper relationship with plants, this hands-on class is designed for you. Through foraging we’ll share an experience of connection with nature that fosters a greater appreciation of the many things that local landscapes can provide.

Come for a day out doors moving from forest to recovering fields identifying, gathering, and preparing commonly occurring wild edible plants. This hands on event will give you the tools you need to interact with the plants available at this time of year for use in Fall and through Winter.
