Healing & Self Maintenance using Engagement in Nature Activities
February 16, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
| $40Last week we established a road map and action plan toward your “harmonic” between natural and personal cycles (to optimize peak performance). In this workshop we engage in outdoor activities that help us to better define and address blockages, imbalances, and lack. Yes, we will experience these elements in nature and use examples, from wild life to forest ecology, to construct systems of recovery in our day to day lives. Strategies and Skills covered include:
Developing Your Ecological Ideal.
Using Process, Way Points, Benchmarks, and Critical Assessment to Identify and Track “Dis-Ease”.
Personal Inventory of choices, options, resources, and challenge areas.
Symptoms of Grief.
Symptoms of Wellness.
Routines of Self Maintenance and Systems Monitoring as Caregiver.
If time permits a pull out discussion on roles and limitations will raise awareness of potential warning signs and reporting responsibilities of caregivers who believe one of their charges needs more community supports.
