Massive yields, sustainable harvest, and the organization to capture all of those nutrients we need to get through winter; this is the trade mark of Fall Foraging. So much food to gather and in so little time! We’ll share the techniques, the sequencing of events, the strategies, and the procedures to get the most out of your foraging efforts before the winter months descend upon us. The school has been working on year round sustainable wild harvest for the last twenty years, and we are eager to share in the bounty of this years harvest!
-Preparing Acorns & Other Nuts
-Roots & Tubers
-Plasters, poultices, washes, tisanes, teas, decoctions, infusions, etc.
-Caretaking the wild garden
-Harvest and Processing techniques
