The harvest is upon us and it’s time to gather, process and put by for winter our food from the landscape. Join us for a foraging experience in collecting responsibly and processing nutritionally rich wild foods ! The school community has been harvesting, preparing, and consuming wild plants for thirty plus years and we want to share all that we have learned along the way, and also where we are now with new discoveries.
