Bow Making 5 days Intensive
November 18 @ 9:00 am - November 22 @ 5:00 pm
Learn the science behind making a bow with hands on experience in a real and practical craft. Both primitive and modern wood working skills will be taught; starting by selecting a stave from the woods and working towards a finished and functional hunting bow. Most of the time will be spent with hands on instruction on crafting but each night we will present a sequential aspect of bow design and craftsmanship.

Maine Primitive Skills School offers campsites to students during their stay at no extra charge. When preparing to arrive, plan as if you were going on a comfortable car camping experience. You will have easy access to your vehicles during meals and before and after course times. Check out our “What to Bring” page and don’t hesitate to contact the school for more details.
