Hard work toward sustainable community and explosive personal growth. The Apprenticeship is a profound and life changing experience. It is based on the premise that these skills need to be shared in the context of a greater community by folks who are steeped in first hand experiences with personal skill development and supportive community technology. We provide training in both. At the apprenticeship you live it from May to October and can continue to take courses for a calendar year and make up the courses you missed by attending them in the next calendar year. By the middle of the experience, apprentices are already teaching at farmers markets, colleges, MOFGA, camps, schools, and more. This inventory trip is a means by which both the school and the apprentice candidates can determine wether the relationship is a good fit before we start the hard and meaningful work ahead.
